We all enjoyed Science Week in St. Declan’s. All our classes showcased experiments in the hall on Wednesday the 12th of November. We had horizontal vs vertical towers, caterpillar race using straws, spaghetti and marshmallow towers,  dancing raisins, sound waves, balloon rockets, magnetic fishing, biggest bubble investigation. sugar level in drink, marble maze, catapults, light refraction. lava lamps, coding robots, building paper bridges, paper ball run challenge robotic hands, colourful caterpillars, mould tests and an extremely messy oobleck experiment. The children had a super day presenting their experiments and taking part. Thank you to Ms Crehan for coordinating the day.
