Picker Pals environment programme is an initiative that develops children’s awareness and community responsibility around the issue of litter. It helps them to understand how they can make positive changes in their own neighbourhood. The programme centres around a cast of friendly animals who tackle litter. The children take turns bringing home the picker pack to do a short litter pick with their parents. The children fill in a report to bring back to class which gives details of where they went litter picking, who they went with and what they picked up.

Well done to Ms Kelly and her class who are currently taking part in the litter picking campaign. We look forward to following their progress.
