Congratulations to all the boys and girls from Ms Kelly’s 2nd class Room 18 who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday the 22nd of August. It wasn’t the day they had planned but it was still a very special day for all the families involved. As we had to restrict numbers we had many family members join us for the ceremony via the parish webcam.

Thank you to Ms Kelly and our SNA Maura for working with the children throughout the year and helping them to prepare for the sacrament. Thank you to Father Ciaran and Father John for celebrating the ceremony and to Veronica Russell for her beautiful singing and her accompanist Joe on piano.

The children all looked super and they received communion certificates and rosary beads after mass and a goodie bag organised by our Parents Association.
