Our Athletics team had a great day out today at the Cross Country Schools’ Athletics event in Navan. Congratulations and well done to all the team, which is made up of  children from 4th, 5th & 6th class. St. Declan’s was well represented and they all made the school proud! Well done to Callum in 5th class who finished in 15th place in the 1000m race and to Mason in 4th class who came 10th place in the 800m race. Huge congratulations to the team (Darragh, Elijah, Liam, Francis, Callum and Charlie) who came 3rd in the 1200m race. A fantastic achievement by all!  Thanks to Ms. Collins and Ms. O’ Beirne for training the team so well. It was a great day out.
