On Saturday 67 children from our three 6th classes made their Confirmation in the church in Ashbourne. Bishop Michael Smith confirmed the children along with Father Ciaran and Father Derek. The children were a credit to their parents and their teachers. Thank you to Mr Lydon, Mr Mc Keown and Ms O’Connor for their time and dedication throughout the year in preparing the children for the occasion. Thank you to the choir for the fabulous singing on the day and to Ms Lydon, Mr O’Rourke, Ms Kelly and Mr Mc Keown for accompanying them. Thank you to the PA for providing refreshments in the school for the families after the ceremony.
