It was a beautiful sunny day in St. Declan’s today as our school principal Mr Reidy bade us his final farewell. We all lined the yard in St. Declan’s to say our final goodbye to our trusty leader and friend. Simply the best by Tina Turner blared out from the speakers as Frank walked down the red carpet and said goodbye to all the children and staff he has nurtured over the past 16 years in St. Declan’s. It was an extremely emotional day for all of us and there was a lot of tears shed !! We wish Mr Reidy all the best in his retirement ahead with his wife Gabrielle and family John, Anna, Helen, and Clare. From all of in St. Declan’s Frank………..
