We were delighted to receive three sets of Usborne books recently which was the result of a local Usborne Publishing partner, Maria Baratu Ghiuzan reaching out to local businesses to sponsor books for local schools. Thanks to Fiona Hickey of FAH Chartered Accountants Ltd. who sponsored the books for St. Declan’s N.S. Fiona is mother of Danny Crowe and Hannah Crowe in our school. We were delighted to receive the new reading material and the donation coincided very nicely with the celebration of World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March.
