Well done to all 5th Class pupils who performed with gusto at Córfhéile na Scoileanna on Thursday the 7th of March. Córfhéile is about developing confidence and performing before an audience in a non-competitive setting. The children gave a fantastic performance of three songs.

1. Nothing Compares (A tribute to Sinéad O’Connor)
2. Oíche Fliuch i Soho (Rainy Night in Soho – a tribute to Shane McGowan)
3. I’m Still Standing (A tribute to Elton John)

Special well done to Mrs. O’Rourke (piano) and Mr. McKeown (guitar) who have been working tirelessly with the choir over the past year and who were supported by Ms Jenkinson and Mr Jennings as conductor over the past few weeks.
