Thank you to Ms Mc Nulty for organising the workshop. It was an excellent day out.

Lent

Today is Pancake Tuesday and I hope you all enjoy some pancakes later on. Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, which will be the first day of Lent. Lent is forty days, leading up to Easter, when we think especially about our relationship with God. It reminds us of the time when Jesus spent forty days in the desert, thinking deeply about his relationship with God, his Father. Lent is a time when we try extra hard to do what is right by trying our best to make the right choices. It is a time to think about how much we love God – and how much he loves us.
