On Monday 21st of November, SuperValu and Supertroopers organised a super trooper food safari around the Ashbourne store. This involved 2 classes from our school, Miss Jenkinson’s 6th and Ms Quinlan’s 2nd, going to the Ashbourne store to meet a nutritionist, Eimear, who SuperValu hired especially for the morning! She spoke to children about the food pyramid and the different types of foods that should be included in their diet. We also got to try different foods some we liked…..and some we didn’t like so much!! We got a goodie bag full of healthy treats. Some of us were very lucky, we answered questions and got a spot prize. This went really well and we had a great day! Thanks SuperValu and Supertroopers
