Our three Senior Infant classes had a great time at Newgrange Farm last week. They got a tour of the farm and saw pigs, cows, horses, ducks, geese, rabbits, sheep, puppies, peacocks, donkeys, hens, chickens and goats. They got to bottle feed the lambs and hold the puppies and chickens. They all went on a tractor and trailer ride with the farmer around the fields. They got to play in the sand and water activities. They played in the maze and on the ride on tractors. They even got to milk a fake cow !! They finished their day with a picnic. It was a lovely day out and the children and teachers had a fantastic time.
