RSA visits St Declan’s
The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is urging people nationwide to get involved in the sixth annual ‘Irish Road Safety Week’, the national drive to save lives and prevent injury on Irish roads. This call comes as deaths on Irish roads have increased for the first time since 2005. This year, ‘Irish Road Safety Week’ will run from Monday 7 October to Sunday 13 October. We had a speaker out from the RSA during the week to speak to all classes from 3rd to 6th about how to stay safe on the road. We encourage all children and parents to stay safe on their journey to and from school. We gave all our Junior Infants classes high visibility jackets to wear.
