Rm 12 Senior Infants. In Art we are covering the strand construction and the theme is “In the garden”. We made caterpillars out of egg cartons. We painted them green and red. We stuck on wiggly eyes and matchsticks. They look really good. We made bumblebees out of paper plates and flowers using tissue paper and pipe cleaners. We learnt a poem about the bumblebee and we wrote the poem out. Our handwriting has really improved. For the month of May we have a May altar in our classroom. We have statues, rosary beads, holy water and flowers on it. We coloured in some pictures as well and hung them up. Look at all our work !!!
