This Friday the 22nd of June we are having a mass in the church in Ashbourne at 12. This mass is for Mr Reidy who is retiring on the 29th of June. Mr Reidy has been with us in St. Declan’s for the past 16 years and the mass is a small token of appreciation from the staff, parents and children to say thank you to him for his commitment and dedication to our school. We are bringing all classes down for the ceremony so please make sure your child has a raincoat with them. All parents are welcome. The PA is kindly providing refreshments in the school after the ceremony to which everyone is invited. Looking forward to this very special occasion.
