The Credit Union Quiz Competition for Schools took place on the 26th of January in the Ashbourne House Hotel. Schools from Ashbourne and the surrounding areas took part. Congratulations to our Junior Quiz Team Séan McCullagh, Grace Jomet, Charlie Callaghan and Konrad McMahon who won the School’s Credit Union Quiz Stage One and will go on to to represent St. Declan’s in stage two of the competition. Also well done to our Senior Quiz Team Brody Wildman, Eva Donnelly, Anthony Plominski and Jessica O’ Donoghue who came third. We are delighted that both teams did so well. Congratulations to Ms O’ Malley who prepared the children for the quiz.
