Our annual Parent/Teacher meetings take place on Tuesday and Wednesday 12^th and 13^th of November 2019. We look forward to the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and share ideas on how to enhance that progress.

Please note that children will go home at the following times:

Tuesday (12^th November) – 3pm (2pm for infants)

Wednesday (13^th November) – 2:45pm (2pm for infants)

A reminder to check your selected time slot on Aladdin. We ask parents to arrive ten minutes in advance of your assigned time to allow for parking etc. You will appreciate that if you are late for a meeting, teachers will have to continue with the timetable of meetings for the day. To allow every child an equal amount of time, appointments are for a 10 minute slot and we stress the importance of everyone respecting that allocation. If additional time is required, a follow-up meeting may be scheduled.

In addition, we ask that parents make arrangements for child supervision. As you will appreciate, there is no supervision of corridors etc. during parent-teacher meetings. We also stress the importance of not bringing children into the actual parent-teacher meetings. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
