For the month of May we are celebrating Mary in our school. We made a special May Altar in reception for all classes to visit and to say prayers. Ms O’ Halloran’s 4th class made some beautiful miraculous medals and hung them from our tree. Mr McKeown’s class made lovely blue and white flowers from tissue paper and Ms Doran’s Junior Infants coloured some pictures of Mary. Mary is special because she is the mother of Jesus. Ms O’ Doherty’s second class came down to say the Hail Mary at our May Altar. They were excellent.
