Today as part of Maths Week, some classes took part in maths trails around the school grounds.
In the afternoon, 4th class took part in a Maths Table Quiz. (with “sum” really bad jokes thrown in!) Children from Ms. O’Malley, Mr. O’Sullivan and Ms. McNulty’s class were in groups of 5 for the quiz in the hall. With 16 teams involved it was very close, with team 8 from Ms McNulty’s scooping the top prize of a homework pass each. Congratulations to everyone that took part and a big thank you to Mr. McKeown our MC for the event and everyone else that helped out.
