Mrs McCormack’s Junior Infants have been very busy learning about sets as part of Maths Week. They have been exploring the Early Maths Activities Strand of classifying different objects into sets by attribute, colour, size and texture. They have also been identifying complements of a set and looking at the odd one out. This encourages divergent thinking, problem solving and logical thinking.
