We had five very special visitors from Little Buddies Preschool in Ashbourne to St. Declan’s on Thursday the 22nd of May. Kate, Tommy, Ted, Rian and Frankie came for a visit with Emma and Margaret. They got to visit Mr Mulroe’s Senior Infant classroom where they got to join in Aistear. In Ms Gallagher’s third class the children danced the Gummy Bear song for them. They also visited some siblings in Room 7, Mrs O’ Rourke’s 5th class and Room 18, Ms Crowley’s 1st class. They had a look at the sensory room and the library. They went out onto the yard to see our new yard equipment. They practised lining up and they made a really straight line. They even got to see inside Mr Kearins’ office and got a special stamp for being so well behaved. They were all so excited !! We can’t wait for them to join us in September in Junior Infants.
