We have been doing lots of work on the story Goldilocks and the Three Bears.  We love reading the story and talking all about it. We used pictures to sequence the story and have been doing some lovely art based on the story. 

We’re very lucky to have a visitor to our class from the Irish school on Fridays who is teaching us the story in Irish. We have been learning all about Cinnín Óir, leite agus na trí bhéar. We are so good at our Irish. 

We have also been learning about all the different rooms in the house and talking about different types of houses. During Aistear we built all the rooms that Goldilocks went into when she went into the Three Bear’s House.
