Circuits in Room 21
Ms Gallagher’s 3rd class Room 21 have been learning about circuits in Science. A circuit is a complete path around which electricity can flow. It must include a source of electricity, such as a battery. Materials that allow electric current to pass through them easily, called conductors, can be used to link the positive and negative ends of a battery, creating a circuit. They learned that electricity can only flow around a complete circuit with no gaps. Each complete circuit must have a power supply. They had lots of fun experimenting.
