Yesterday The Green School Committe headed by Miss Mooney, Miss Garry and Miss O Malley organised a fun filled active day in St Declan’s. All Children were encourage to cycle to school and despite the bad weather an amazing 208 children cycled including Miss Crowely who cycled all the way from Castleknock.

To kick off the day activites each class performed a wake a shake dance to The Cha Cha slide

The children in Junior/Senior infants brought in their scooter and flickers to complete a fun obstackle course.

All children arrived to school dressed as athletes, dancers, jockeys, footballers, modes of transport and much more. Everyone walked down the cat walk to exhibit their fantastic creations.

Each class created a transport/travel Notice board.
